Thermal Imaging is the process of creating a picture of heat rather than light. The technique has been used in night vision applications by the military and law enforcement agencies for years. Infrared thermal imagers provide non-contact, line of sight measurement and display of surface temperatures and temperature variations. The technology is based on the fact that any object whose temperature is above zero degrees Kelvin radiates infrared energy.

Thermal Imaging Services Ltd. uses Flir all purpose Infrared cameras operating in the 7.5 to 13 micron wavelength. This fourth generation equipment utilizes a 320 x 240 pixel Infrared Detector giving a 76000-picture element with an accuracy of plus or minus two degrees celcius. In addition we use a comprehensive software package to enable us to provide you with a high quality detailed report on your plant and equipment.
